Autumn and I are excited to announce that we are elevating our twenty years of experience in ministry and youth work to a new level by establishing a youth center rooted in continuous night-and-day prayer and worship. This center, to be located in North Minneapolis, will be called the North Star House of Prayer.

North Star is a Kingdom of Christ headquarters in the north—a living expression of His heart and will. We are a 24/7 open-door sanctuary where worship and prayer rise continually, inviting all to join in community and encounter God’s presence.
This is a place where children and youth grow into enriched royal citizens of heaven—nurtured in His atmosphere, learning the ways of the Kingdom through fun, age-tailored programs that meet their real needs.
Families find belonging here: we build oneness through consistent Royal Family Dinners, support, and connection—creating a multicultural hub where spiritual transformation flows out to the whole region.
Rooted in the throne room of heaven, North Star raises royal ambassadors who care for the fatherless, the widow, preach the gospel, and make disciples—doing the work of Christ, day and night
A Building with Kingdom History
With a youth center comes a building—and we’ve got our eyes on something special: a historic blue church at Penn and 16th in North Minneapolis. For over fifty years, this place has carried the mission of God’s Kingdom. Most recently, it was home to Spirit of the Lord Church for more than forty years under Pastor Joe Sutton—a true spiritual father to me.Pastor Joe mentored me and opened his doors for so many of my youth programs over the years. Now, that same building is up for sale.
We believe this is a divine moment—to keep it in the same spiritual stream it’s always flowed in, by making it the new home of the North Star House of Prayer Youth Center.
